The Blue-Footed Booby bird, native to the Galapagos Islands, is noted for its bright blue feet.
A result of pigments from its fresh fish diet,
the booby uses these feet in an elaborate courtship dance, to attract mates. The name booby is derived from the Spanish 'bobo' (foolish) and refers to
the bird's clumsy movements on land.
